Workshop - Foam Rolling and Myofascial Release 101
Foam Rolling is a method of fascial release similar to massage that helps create better functional movement, increases blood flow, stimulates healing, reduces pain, and prevents injury. By addressing excessively tight areas of the body through this type of body work, you can expect to move with greater ease. Fascial release is a key component of healthy joints and tissues, and this class will teach you what your body needs and how to use the foam roller to address those needs. Exercise Science, Stott Pilates Instructor, and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, who has been using foam rolling with clients in her private practice for years with outstanding results.
