Workshop - Advanced Moving for Better Balance
This workshop is available those who have previously completed one or more sessions of the beginner level of Moving for Better Balance. This 12-week workshop builds upon the beginner level movements from the traditional art of Tai Ji Quan that have been specifically tailored to train balance, self-awareness, and controlling body movements in performing various activities of daily life. Assessments are done on the first and last days of class. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Participants may repeat the workshop. For Y Members only.
