Women's Self Defense

Because women are approached differently than men, they need to learn how to stay safe from the two types of attacker they will encounter. Learn how to use leverage based techniques that will allow you to remain safe no matter the size or strength of your attacker. We will cover the four phases the attacker will use and how to avoid and be aware of the "triangle of victimization" and how to avoid completing it.

Join personal trainer, Colin Remillard, for this 12 week course that will help you recognize the red flags of a potential attack, help you develop confidence and the skills to protect yourself. Colin has been training in martial arts for 17 years with black belts in kobudo, silat and holds a second degree black belt in kenpo karate and escrima. He has taught women and children self defense since 1998.
