TRX- Intro Series

Get an introduction to TRX suspension training in this 4-week series! Learn how to set up and adjust the equipment, movement fundamentals, and engage in a wide range of strengthening exercises on the TRX. Each class will involve active movement on the TRX suspension cables while allowing time for individual coaching and questions.Group will be limited to 4 people. No prior TRX experience required.
