Senior Tea and Bone Health Seminar

Do you know your...blood pressure? Cholesterol level? Weight? T-score? That's right, T-score. If you had to think twice about what a T-score is, (and no, it's not a golf term) chances are you're not alone.

It's all about your bones. For education about bone health and osteoporosis useful to men and women of all ages, attend our Fit to a T program presented by Kim Rains, RN, ONC from Swedish Orthopedic Institute. The program is supported by the United States Bone and Joint Initiative.

In honor of the fact that our event is being held on the first day of fall, YMCA Moving for Better Balance instructors will offer fall risk assessments before and after the program.

Enjoy tea, coffee and treats donated by a local business. Bring your own cup or mug.
