Running 101: Couch to the Chili 5K Run

Whether you are new to jogging or a runner who would like to run faster, without pain and with less effort, come to our free workshop to learn techniques that make you feel like you could run forever. In each class you will learn components of good running form and run outside to practice these skills. This workshop will be a great way for you to find a a friend and build up stamina for the Coal Creek Family YMCA's Chili 5k on March 11. This class is taught by Irene Pasternack, Feldenkrais Method Practitioner.
