Posture Alignment Workshop

Led by Sandy Taylor, a certified Posture Alignment Specialist. In this quarterly workshop, you'll do a series of exercises that align all the load joints; shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. The exercises strengthen the muscles to hold the body in its best posture. This class is suitable for all adults, regardless of ability. Ideal for seniors, athletes, or anyone interested in wellness.
