NIA 52 Moves 1: The Base Moves

This workshop focuses on dancing and expressing the 52 Moves 'Your Body's Way' and is designed for anybody, any size, shape and fitness level. Learn the basics of moving your base, establishing your core and adding creativity with arms and hands. Appropriate for seasoned students or individuals who are new to NIA. Register for just one session or all three. The Base Moves focuses on legs and feet. The Core Moves focuses on pelvis, chest and head. The Upper Extremities Moves focuses on adding creativity through arms and hands.
