This Mother's Day treat yourself to a blissful restorative practice designed to soothe the nervous system and deepen your awareness of the body and mind. Relax, recharge, and leave with the energy to give and be more present for your loved ones. Class begins with a gentle flow of movement to open the body, transitions into longer supported postures to release tension, and closes with Peaceful Lake Pose to help soothe the digestive system, low back, and pelvis. Class ends with a guided Shavasana to relax the brain and nervous system. Pre-requirement: The only requirement is to be able to lie still on your back for 30 - 45 minutes. Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class to sign in and set up. Pre-registration required and space is limited. Each pose will be guided step by step. No experience necessary. Open to all levels. All sessions begin with meditation. Every 'Body' is welcome!
