Led by Carol Chellino, a trained facilitator in Essential Somatics. Somatics utilizes neuromuscular movement patterns to help individuals work towards freedom of movement, injury prevention, and movement without pain. This movement practice is ideal for all fitness levels and ages, and can be incorporated into any fitness or wellness plan. This workshop will introduce you to the principles of somatics as well as guided practice. Please dress in comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes.
