Foam Roller Workshop

Foam Rolling is an excellent way to relax and loosen tight muscles. Foam Rolling is commonly performed pre-exercise, post-exercise, or between workout sessions to maintain flexible, active, and pain free muscles. In this one hour workshop, participants will learn how foam rolling helps muscles and joints, how to safely and effectively target all the major muscle groups from head to toe, and discover techniques for targeting trouble areas.
