Down To The Ground And Back Up: Workshop

Find an effortless path from sitting or standing down to the ground, and back up again. You'll find this class useful if you already can get down and back up but find it scary or exhausting, or if you're finding it difficult to do at all. The class uses the gentle Feldenkrais Method to learn how to "make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy elegant."
