New to running or walking a 5K? In this Couch to 5K Program, participants will be given a 9 week training plan to get them ready to run or walk the local Issaquah Turkey Trot this November. Learn about form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance safely, choosing the right shoes and more! Meet other members in a supportive community. Group run/walks will take place on and off-site. Indoor walking/running group meets weekly on the track Tuesdays at 10:15am.
