Beginner Yoga Series

Yoga is excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength, improving body awareness, and calming the mind. This 5-week beginner series is a great way to start your yoga practice. Students will explore the fundamental poses, meditation techniques, and guiding philosophies of Yoga in an engaging learning environment. After completion, students should leave feeling confident, enthused, and open to possibility. Please bring your own yoga mat.
