This challenge can be completed anywhere - at the Y, at work, at home, at school, etc. Each day you will receive an email with a new exercise. These exercises will build on each other every day so that by the end of the challenge you will have 12 exercises to complete. For example, day one complete one minute of speed skaters, day two complete the one minute of speed skaters plus two minutes of arm circles. Modifications to each exercise will be given. We will have high and low intensity options.
