Workshop: MELT for Dancers

Improve your body's stability, mobility, balance, and dance fun-factor with MELT! Using a soft foam roller and small balls for the feet (gotta have happy feet), you'll experience simple self-care techniques to move with greater ease and grace from head to toe, both on and off the dance floor.
