Moving for Better Balance

Improve your balance, mobility, walking and mental well-being in this adapted Tai Ji Quan program. You'll learn a variety of movements tailored to train, balance and controlling body movements for performing daily activities. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Chairs will be available. This class is open to all levels, held two days a week. Assessments are given on the first and last days of class.
