6 Weeks to Wellness

Want to lose weight as a family? Eat healthier? Learn how to sustain good health and well-being habits? 6 Weeks to Wellness is a weight and nutrition management program dedicated to practical nutrition combined with physical activity practices that support each body system.

In this 90-minute, 6-week series of classes, adults will learn about nutition and physical activity, while kids will study cooking and nutrition basics. Behavioral Health Coaches: Sofia Godoy and Georgina Sanchez.
