Personal Training - Body Composition Analysis

The body composition analysis consists of measuring weight, BMI, body fat percentage, visceral fat, and muscle percentage. During this session a health and wellness staff member will also record circumference measurements of the neck, arm, chest, hips, waist, and thigh. Completing the body composition analysis will give you a great idea of where your fitness level is now and where there is room for improvement!
