Yoga for Stress Resilience

In this ongoing series, we will continue our exploration of yoga as a therapeutic antidote to stress: slowing down, doing less, and open to receiving. During the Spring season, we will connect with the element of air through breath practices that energize, revitalize, and stabilize. We will be stretching our bodies in active poses followed by deeply relaxing and resting in passive restorative postures all within a still, quiet, and warm environment.This series will address ways to release muscle tension, quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, promote restful sleep, heal the body from inside out. All levels, including beginners new to yoga, welcome.
