Small Group Training - Zone Training

Blend the perks of traditional workout classes (think good music and an energetic instructor) and the one-on-one benefits of small group personal training. Alternate between cardio and strength intervals in order to spike metabolism and boost your energy. Sessions involve a combination of treadmill, indoor rowing, and strength training (weights, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc.). Limited spots. Pre-registration required.
