Little Yogis Session 2

Little Yogis is a playful class that encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Students will learn simplified yoga postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. We will also focus on growing empathy for ourselves and others through partner and group poses.

Little Yogis is for children aged 6-10 years old.
