12 Days of Fitness Challenge

Try our fun, 12 Days of Fitness Challenge to stay on track just in time for your New Year's resolution! Participation is easy. Consistency is key. The Sammamish YMCA staff will send you a daily e-mail, giving you the "gift" of a new exercise to perform for the day. Just like the holiday song, the challenge will be cumulative, so you must perform the daily exercise plus all of the exercise "gifts" from the previous days of the challenge.

Sign-up is REQUIRED. Pease sign up by November 30th at the Member Services Desk or online.
