Get Outside - AOA Walk: Candy Cane Park and Lake

No driving, no car to park, no trail passes to worry about. Welcome to walking with the Y! Both avid walkers and newcomers will have a good time getting out and meeting others on a Y walk. For the Candy Cane Park & Scriber Lake walk: Distance: 5 miles Elevation: 200 ft Difficulty: beginner Two shorter walks in Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood. Candy Cane Park (great for December), trail follows Lyon Creek, a tributary to Lake Washington. The loop path at Scriber Lake is about one mile long, heavily wooded with several opportunities to view the lake and its inhabitants.
