AOA Walk - Redmond Watershed/Redmond

No driving, no car to park, no trail passes to worry about. Welcome to hiking with the Y! Both avid hikers and newcomers will have a good time getting out and meeting others on a Y hike.For the Redmond Watershed walk: Distance: up to 4 miles roundtrip Elevation: 400 ft Difficulty: beginnerThis loop trail grade is gentle. The trails run through second-growth forest of Douglas firs, cedars, cottonwoods and maples. The trees are covered with moss and the ground is covered with sword ferns. Enjoy the chirping of birds, the croaking of frogs, and the smell of fir trees. We will return to the YMCA by 3:30 pm. Bring some spending money for a sweet treat on the way home.Minimum of 3 participants required to hold each hike. 13 spots available for each outing. Registration closes 48 hours before hike. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of hike.
