Workshop - Tae Kwon Do Self Defense
In this 2 hour workshop, students will learn simple and effective verbal, physical, and psychological strategies through individual and partner practice and drills. First you will learn verbal tactics to keep yourself safe in situations of imminent violence or boundary violations-with friends, acquaintances, family, or strangers. Then you will learn basic physical techniques to use if verbal tactics are not enough. Students should wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle and note taking material (if desired).
