Pilates Reformer - Group - Fundamental

Group Reformer classes offer a challenging and fun workout in a small group setting. Exercises performed on the Reformer and accompanying apparatus offer all the benefits of Pilates, including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. The adjustable spring load and pulley system of the Reformer will support your body as you move through movements of varying intensity designed to help you engage the deeper muscles that stabilize your joints. This Fundamentals class teaches the foundational exercises that are key to a Pilates practice on the Reformer and is intended for those who are new to, or just beginning on, the Reformer.
