Group Exercise Classes

The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy and that keep you moving. With a Y membership you'll find hundreds of free choices – from low-impact activities like strength training, stretching and water exercise to high intensity classes like boot camp, interval training and indoor cycling. Personal Training

Want some ongoing personal attention? Get a little extra help from a certified Y personal fitness trainer who will develop, monitor and modify your exercise program to meet your individual needs.

Prevent or manage chronic conditions like diabetes, arthritis and cancer through a variety of wellness classes and programs.


Be active, meet new people and have fun playing team, doubles and individual sports. From basketball to racket ball, and so much more, come to the Y to make friends.

Small Group and Speciality Training

Small Group Training is a great way to stay motivated while reaching your goals. You will work with a personal trainer in a group of 3-6 people. You can participate with an existing group or create your own with at least two other people. Specialty training using TRX, Pilates Reformers and Queenax functional equipment is a great workout whether one-on-one or in a small group.
