Take the leap between camper and camp leader with this leadership training course for high schoolers. Everyone can be a leader with some training! This program is for incoming 10th through 12th graders that want to inspire younger kids to learn, grow, and laugh in the Y way. Graduates of the Lead program can take the opportunity to serve as counselors in training (CIT) at local Y camps. Lead prepares participants to lead in their home, high schools, and beyond.
