Middle School students in grades 6 - 8 can explore new interests and build leadership skills in a variety of Service Groups at the Sammamish Community Y.
Members of our Junior Teen Leadership Board (TLB) learn teamwork, leadership skills, time management and the importance of service all while making new friends and building connections.
This student-led organization is dedicated to encouraging students of all ages to try coding and practice leadership skills! Middle and High school members learn and teach others languages, such as Python and Java. Elementary school members learn basic concepts through MIT's open source Scratch program.
