We are committed to helping you achieve your goals at the YMCA of Greater Seattle.

Improve your balance, mobility, walking and mental well-being in this adapted Tai Ji Quan program. You'll learn a variety of movements tailored to train, balance and control body movements for performing daily activities. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Chairs will be available. This 16-week program meets two times a week.

Participants must complete an assessment with YMCA staff prior to participation.
