Dear Y Community,

The mission and legacy of the Y is to identify need and unite community partners, Y staff, and donors, like you, and show up for those who need us most. There is a widening divide between youth and families in our region who can afford their basic needs and access quality health services and life enriching experiences, and those who simply can’t. At the Y, any inequity is a threat to community health which affects us all.

In this issue of the Y Impact Newsletter, you’ll see ways the Y is showing up with our volunteers an supporters, to help youth, families, and communities on their path to whole person health. From services that help young adults find a pathway to safe housing and mental health, to Family Camp and Welcome Centers for new Americans, we are finding new ways to meet needs and bridge the gaps, especially for those who are furthest from opportunity to ensure all people have access to what they need to thrive.

We cannot do this life-changing work alone. The partnership of Y donors like you is a critical enabler of our work and collective impact for a healthier, happier, and more equitable future for all.

Thank you for your commitment to the Y.

In gratitude and community,

Loria Yeadon, President & CEO
