Our reservation window opens at 6:00 am two days prior to the reservation start date. Masks are required during exercise.
NEW! Beginning Tuesday, March 2 members can access cardio, strength, and free weight equipment only without a reservation. Members will be able to move freely between these areas without a time limit. We ask you to please clean equipment before and after use for the safety of others.
Reservations are required for all activities except cardio, strength, or free weights.
Most reservations are 45 minutes in length. Coming to the Y workout-ready is recommended to maximize your workout or swim time.

Walk-in reservations are accepted, but we recommend calling first to make a reservation if you can.
Children and teens ages 10-13 may lap swim and use cardio equipment with a Supervising Adult. Read our full policy >
Please arrive 10 minutes early for a brief health screening. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will open your reservation up for another member.
