Know Before You Go
Check out this guide to see what to expect when you visit. We'll keep this information updated as our welcome back plan progresses.
We each have an important role in helping to ensure the health and safety of our Y community! The best ways to help are to come prepared and follow all new safety protocols.
We’ve pulled together some helpful information about what to expect, what to bring, and how you can help to keep us all safe.
We'll conduct a health screening before you enter the Y. If you're not feeling well, or have been sick in the last 10 days, please stay home for everyone's safety.
Face masks are required at all times, indoors and outdoors. Please bring your mask, membership ID, and if you need them, a water bottle and towel too.
We have new hours of operation, including a mid-day break for cleaning. Check branch information before you visit.
Reservations open at 7:00 am two days in advance. Please come 10 minutes early so you have time for a brief health screening.
Because of limited capacity, we're temporarily restricting guest access and keeping Kids Zone closed. Children 10-13 can use limited services when accompanied by a supervising adult.
Access to changing rooms and lockers will be limited. Come ready to workout or swim to save time during your reservation.
Did you know we offer virtual programming? Try out some of these programs today, including live group exercise.
Bring the Y into your home with virtual content designed to engage kids, teens, and families.
Find on-demand workouts and live classes, resources to keep your brain and body healthy, and other activities for the whole family.
Refine your stroke, practice your breathing rhythm, or elevate your turns with private swim lessons. Instructors teach from the pool edge, so participants must be able to swim 25 yards unsupported.
We've made it easier than ever to find member and account information with our new Support Center. Find instructions for managing your account, easy access to request forms, and a complete list of our policies all in one place.
With a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of kids, improving health and well-being, and supporting our neighbors, your membership will not just bring about meaningful change in yourself, but also in your community.
