They will be paired with mentoring counselors during the second week of their session, and will assist in the leadership of younger campers. Counselors in Training (CIT) - Grades 11-12

Co-ed, entering grades 11-12 in the fall of 2018
Counselors in Training spend 4 weeks at camp learning the ins and outs of camp life. They are provided with trainings and workshops designed to give them the skills and knowledge they need to work with youth at camp in the future, as well as to develop their own leadership styles. The program culminates in an end-of-session cabin placement, where CITs live and work with a cabin supervised by two mentoring counselors. CITs must go through an application and interview process before registering. CITs are housed in the Yurt & Squirt facility on camp, with no electricity or running water in the housing, providing for a more rustic camp experience.

Session A2: July 1-28
Session E2: July 29-August 25
