‘Tis the season for cooking, baking, and snacking. The Y is here to help you keep feeling your best and reaching your fitness goals. It can be tough to find a time to get to the gym during the busy holiday season, so we’re working to make it easier by extending our hours and offering special classes for our community. On Thanksgiving, we are open from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

In the spirit of the season we encourage you to bring friends and family with you if you decide to visit. All members receive 12 complimentary guest passes each year for just that reason.

Refer a Friend, Get $100 in Y Bucks

We know that working out with friends and family is a great way to stay motivated and on-track with your fitness goals. This month, when you refer a friend to the Y they receive a $0 join fee and you receive $100 in Y Bucks. You can use Y Bucks for things like personal training, swim lessons, and youth sports. Swing by Member Services with your friend to get stared.
