Nutrition Workshop: Rethink Your Drink

Do you know how much sugar is in your drink? Come find out how to be more “sugar savvy” with Lisa Wonneberg, the Sammamish Y’s registered dietician and nutrition coach. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 20th and join us in the kitchen from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.


You will learn about hidden calories in beverages, how to read nutrition labels, and healthy drink alternatives. Fun visual aids will illustrate just how much sugar is in some of the drinks we enjoy most.


Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She specializes in nutrition, endurance athletes, weight loss and healthy living. Lisa offers a series of healthy nutrition workshops to help support healthy eating habits for the entire family.
