At the YMCA of Greater Seattle, we’re just as committed to your health and well-being as you are. Which is why we offer a wide range of health programs that address diabetes prevention, cardiac wellness, weight loss, living tobacco-free, and more.

Our Lose to Win program is free with your membership, and offers guidance and support in your weight loss over the course of a full year. Maintaining a healthy weight is an important part of overall health, and because everyone’s target weight range is different, we work with you to develop a plan that’s realistic and tailored to your needs.

The program, led by a trained lifestyle coach in a classroom setting and developed by a registered dietician, is delivered over a 12-month period, beginning with 12 weekly sessions followed by monthly maintenance. You’ll have a built-in support system through us and those in your group.

The priority isn’t on changing your body, it’s about learning how to take care of it. Because we think you already look great.
