Small Group Exercise Class Physically Distanced

We are constantly adapting to the needs of our community, both in-person and online. Here's a look at programs and resources you can use today:

Free For Members

  • Small Group Exercise: Take a 5-person class in-branch! Classes including Strength Training, Yoga, and Above the Barre. You'll do a health screening and temperature check before participating. Learn more >

  • Small Group Training: Join a multi-week Machine H.I.IT. small group training series in-person! Our personal trainers will keep your heart rate moving through different training zones as you alternate between cardio machines and strength intervals. Plus, you will get personal guidance along the way to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Sign up >

  • Cooking Classes: Take an online cooking class with the Y! Our instructor will guide you through recipes providing tips and answering questions along the way. Classes are FREE for members or $20 for community members. Learn more >

  • Unleashing Potential for All: Join us for community learning and panel discussions about equity and justice. Our first event is a free screening of the inspirational documentary A Most Beautiful Thing. Learn more >

About Our Reopening to Members

The Y's facilities are considered indoor recreation, which are eligible to open in Phase 3 of the Safe Start plan. Once King County is approved to enter this phase, we will announce opening dates for our facilities. Visit our Welcome Back to the Y guide for the latest information.
