Fit Kids

While you are enjoying your workout, your kids will be moving into exercise in our kids fitness program. Fit Kids allows 5-10 year olds to get active and learn about their health through interactive group games, strength training, sports, and various styles of physical training. During this power hour of fun, your kids will start out with stretching and core exercises and transition to group play. Check in at Adventure Zone.
