Small Group Training - Kettlebells and TRX

Improve mobility, increase strength, sculpt muscles and burn fat.Learn and improve major functional movements including but not limited to deadlift, Squat, Swing, Get up's, and Military Press.Kettlebell training is a great combination of strength training and cardio! Also, experience an amazing and efficient way to work out with a single piece of equipment using your own body weight and a TRX suspension trainer. TRX is perfect for rehabilitation, athletic training, and everything in between. Small Group Training or "SGT" takes the personalized design of working with a personal trainer and combines it with the community and team aspect of a group exercise class. Your session will involve no more than 6 individuals and is led by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, who will guide you through various exercise modalities based on the session theme.
