Small Group Training - Kickboxing Conditioning

This class utilizes real life mixed martial arts and self-defense as the basis for a safe and effective full body workout. Heavy bags, focus mitts, kettlebells, TRX, and other tools will help create a compound workout like no other. You can expect to work on punches, kicks, agility, speed, power, and a healthy dose of metabolic conditioning. This class is designed for people who want a challenging workout while having fun and learning real-life, transferrable skills. Boxing gloves are required - please bring your own.
