Our newest class leads you through efficient, precisely designed intervals on the treadmill to hit every muscle in your body for the ultimate burn. You will increase your power and speed, and forever improvise sprint your run. You will use sprints and varying speeds and ramps to get a workout that has got all the ups and downs of a roller coaster.
