Small Group Training - Strength Variety

This is a great way for beginners to explore?a variety of strength training formats. This is a total body strength workout which may include Gravity Training, TRX, Kettlebells, BOSUs, or other tools. The trainer will provide feedback on proper form as well as orient you on how to use the different equipment. Meet in the Front Lobby at 11:45am sharp- workout locations change based on the format and are available at the front desk if you arrive late.

Facility members: $80 for 4 - one hour sessions
