All belts and experience levels are welcome! Boost your fitness and self-confidence through Karate, a traditional martial art shaped by East Asian philosophy and training methods. Learn a variety of techniques focused on self-defense and traditional forms while learning about cultural history that teaches respect, compassion, and dedication. Classes meet once a week continuously on either Monday and/or Wednesday and belt tests are performed as each student progresses. Classes take place in the Gates Room.
