Boot Camp 2.0

Experience a high-intensity, full body workout that targets the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make you sweat. From circuit-style routines that jump start cardio fitness, to create muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls and body resistance training. Each class brings its own unique challenges. Progress assessments included with registration fee.
