Teen/Young Adult Programs DescriptionMeeting Community Needs Foster Care, Mental Health Services and Family First programs serve at-risk-youth and their families. Services to families include treatment foster care, intensive outreach to birth families, crisis response, counseling, case management, independent living skills and other needed services.
