Why invest in positive solutions?
What will my gift do?
How do I give?
What will my gift do?
For more than 30 years, Metrocenter YMCA has earned its reputation for innovation and effectiveness in a diverse range of programs that bring out the best in people. The support of generous donors helps guarantee that this commitment will continue for generations to come.
Contributions to the Metrocenter YMCA Partners With Youth Campaign support positive, values-based programs for youth and young adults. Your donation stays in our community, with 95 cents of every dollar going to life-enhancing programs and financial assistance.
Here are some examples of how your gift directly impacts youth and young adults (gifts are based on ten monthly payments or a pledge paid in full):
| • | $500/month ($5,000) can provide academic instruction to a Seattle Rotary Education Center (SREC) student, who, after years of struggling in a traditional school setting, will now receive one-on-one academic support to finally succeed in school and build confidence as they make their way toward a diploma. |
|
| • | $130/month ($1,300) can send a middle school girl on a life changing 15 day experience on Orcas Island with the Patsy Collins Adventure in Leadership (PCAL) program, where she will build confidence in her leadership abilities and develop life-long skills. |
