- Pool - 25 meter, 3 lane lap pool with teaching area, 4'-5' deep, 81-82 degrees
- Gymnasium for basketball, volleyball
- Wellness Resource Center
- 2 Racquetball/Squash/Wallyball/Handball Courts
- Strength Training Center - includes free weight equipment and selectorized equipment featuring Nautilus and Life Circuit
- Indoor Running Track
- 2 Studios with steps, dumbbells, barbells, fitballs and dyna-bands
- Heavy Bag
- Power Cycling Studio
- Cardiovascular Center - includes treadmills, bicycles, elliptical, rowers, steppers and more, featuring StarTrac, Precor, Life Fitness, etc.
- Massage Therapy Room
- Recreation Room - includes an air hockey table, foosball, ping-pong and darts
- Stretching Area
- Locker Rooms - Include day lockers and showers. Air conditioned with carpeted areas featuring a steam room, sauna and whirlpool. Overnight kit lockers are available at a fee. A family changing room with lockers is located on the pool deck.
Parking Options
4th and Madison Tower
The 4th and Madison Tower is located next door to the YMCA on Fourth Avenue. There are 2 entrances, each between Fourth and Third Avenues: one on Madison and the other on Marion. Validation is required. Please validate your ticket at the YMCA Membership Desk.
Monday through Friday Only
6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
$4 for a maximum of three (3) hours.
Valet parking is available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on some days at no additional cost.
