YMCA OF GREATER SEATTLE: CARDIAC WELLNESS PROGRAM

You can reduce your risk for future heart disease with regular physical activity

If you have experienced a heart attack, stroke or angina you know how life changing that experience can be. If you have been told you are at risk for heart disease through family history or lifestyle factors now is a great time to reduce your risk in a friendly group setting.

Your activities are monitored by Cardiac Rehab Nurse, Nancy Handeland, from the Auburn Regional Medical Center to ensure safety, build confidence and support you in leading a healthy lifestyle.
